Practice Focus

Marianne leads the firm’s client service and development initiatives. From individuals and families to businesses both private and public, and nonprofit organizations, she ensures that all clients receive personalized and exceptional service. Marianne works closely with the firm’s practice groups to devise and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and foster long-term relationships.

With more than 25 years of experience and leadership at Fidelity Investments, Marianne also advises individuals and families in all aspects of family office creation and operation. Marianne specializes in strategic planning for high net-worth individuals and families, businesses and nonprofit organizations. She is recognized for providing customized insights that are specifically tailored for each clients’ family office needs and goals.

Immediately prior to joining H&B, Marianne served as a Senior Program Director at a globally-focused private foundation. While there, she was responsible for structuring and recommending grants. Marianne built and managed an active national grant portfolio, consulting with nonprofit leaders on strategic business issues, effective management, financial sustainability, board governance and alternative funding sources. In addition, she led key foundation initiatives, ranging from website redesign to the development of web based workflow processes.
